What are the delivery charges for my order?

Shipping is free with any order over $49 USD!

With orders under $49 USD, there is a $6.50 USD fee for shipping.

Shipping is only available in the US for the moment.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept VISA and MasterCard debit or credit cards. PayPal is also accepted.

How long will delivery take?

Since we are a small business that is just starting, shipping will take from 12 to 24 days, soon to be shorter!

How secure is shopping online? Is my data protected?

Absolutely, we count with an SSL certificate (Socket Security Layer) powered by Comodo, you can verify this by finding the lock icon at the beginning of our URL.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you have completed your order, our tiny minions travel throughout the US guarding and protecting your package, kayaking the jaw-dropping Colorado River through the Grand Canyon, then climbing up the beautiful red sandstone cliffs of the Red River Gorge in Kentucky, and mountain bike their way across the Great Divide, from Montana to Wyoming to Colorado to New Mexico. Our minions then paddleboard past the turquoise waves at Sunset Beach in Hawaii, come back rock climbing up the limestone of Logan Canyon in Utah, paraglide down Telluride in Colorado's stunning rocky mountains, and they still have enough energy to hike through the Appalachian Trail with it's woodland slopes, ridges, and valleys, spanning from Maine to Georgia. As they travel the US, they drop off your order safe and sound making their long journey totally worth it, and finally they can camp at Yosemite, California, where they wait for your next order.

 

 

What is your return policy?

Customers have 15 days from the time they receive their order to either exchange or return products. Refunds and returns do not include shipping and handling fees.  Products must remain in new condition or your return request may be refused.

Products showing evidence of negligence, accident, or normal wear-and-tear will not be considered for replacement. We will cover return shipping charges to customers with manufacturing defects.
